Position: FYP Intern Associate
Compensation: $20/hour
Hours: Maximum 5 hours per week
Duration: 5 or 10 weeks with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs

Position Overview
FYP is seeking a dedicated and passionate part-timeindividuals to join our team as Associate Interns. In this role, you will contribute directly to the development and operation of FYP's core products, including our Wiki, events, and community initiatives. The intern will be expected to supportassist ourwith youthtasks leaders and fypFYP associates inneed varioushelp tasks.with, which may vary from day to day. This role is perfect for someone who is committed to our mission and is looking to make a meaningful impact in broader grassroot advocacy andadvocacy, youth empowermentempowerment, ansand social change. The intern will be expected to assist with whatever tasks our youth leaders need help with, which may vary from day to day.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities

Support the development, maintenance, and potential expansion of the FYP Wiki.
- Assist
youthinleadersplanning and executing FYP events, including the annual FYP Summit. - Contribute to the growth and engagement of the FYP community through various initiatives
- Collaborate with
variousteamtasksmembers to drive concrete results, such as product development, user growth, fundraising, andprojectsteamas needed. -
Participate in weekly evaluations to assess performance and determine the continuation of the internship.
Contribute to the organization’s mission by supporting grassroots advocacy initiatives.-
Maintain flexibility and adaptability in performing a range of tasks that may not
alwaysbealignaligned with personal interests butarestrictlyessentialalignedforwiththeFYP'sorganization’sorganizational needs and goals.
Qualifications:Qualifications
A genuineStrong passion for youthadvocacyadvocacy, youth empowerment, andcommunitysocialengagement.Strong work ethic and commitment to the nonprofit’s mission.
